Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The sales contract is concluded with ArtWolf Designs.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another automatically generated confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, the contract text will then no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices there are shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs and when they apply to your order in the offers.
We deliver only by dispatch. A self-collection of the product is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details.
After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder has been confirmed, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is debited.
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, then login with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Immediately by klarna
After placing the order you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in Sofort, identify yourself accordingly to the account provider and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.
6. Transport damage
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please raise a complaint of such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us will not have any consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
7 Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects shall apply.
8. Dispute settlement
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are ready to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration body. The responsible consumer arbitration body of Germany is the Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, Germany, and its website is www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.

Right of purchase cancellation/revocation
You have the right to revoke the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Sune Munch, Zehntstr. 2, 68526 Ladenburg, Germany, email@example.com, telephone: +49 (0) 15789467997) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a physical letter or e-mail). You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such a refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such a refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return or deliver the Goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this Contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
